Strip and wax

Roman specializes in stripping and waxing tile floors. With over 15 years of experience, we can renew any size floor. Our process includes 4 steps:

1. We pre-inspect the area to identify any problems. Any problem spot areas are discussed with the manager or owner.
2. Strip off the old wax. We use aggressive stripper chemicals to completely remove wax from the floor. The chemical used in conjunction with a heavy duty strip machine easily gets to the bare floor.
3. Edge all corners. Next we will scrape clean any existing wax off of corners and edges.
4. Clean & Rinse. The previous steps are followed by a thorough rinse of the bare floor to ensure that all the chemicals have been removed before applying new wax.
5. Apply 3 to 5 coats of new wax. We apply 3 to 5 coats (or as many as desired), of high gloss, high durability wax
